AC Engineer, Leeds, Salary £36,000 to £38,000 per annum, + On Target Earnings £48K+ Company Van with Fuel Card & Travel Time + Overtime!

The AC Engineer will have a strong background working in the FM industry, specialising in the maintenance of various air conditioning systems, including splits, VRV's, and VRF's.

AC Engineer required to work with one of our successful FM clients, performing all planned preventative maintenance (PPM), fault finding, and reactive maintenance across commercial premises in Yorkshire and the Northeast of England.

The AC Engineer will receive:

• Competitive salary up to £38,000 per annum with on target earnings exceeding £48K with overtime.

Key Responsibilities of the AC Engineer:

• Carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Servicing and maintaining a range of air conditioning systems, including VRV's, VRF's, splits, and AHU's.
• Handling breakdowns and repairs of air conditioning and ventilation systems in various commercial premises.
• Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks across a wide variety of commercial sites.

Requirements of AC Engineer:

• Air Conditioning and Refrigeration SVQ Level 2&3 or City & Guilds qualification.
• F-Gas 2079 Certified.
• Full UK Driver's License.
• Proven track record in planned and reactive maintenance of Air Conditioning and HVAC systems.
