Job description

Responsibilities
Dealing with clients across both SME and Personal Lines
Assisting with renewals, mid term adjustments, quotations and documentation
Delivering and maintaining a professional service at all times
Dealing with inbound and outbound clients, insurers and third parties in a timely manner
Qualifications
A minimum of 12 months insurance experience
Knowledge of SME OR Personal Lines Insurance
Comfortable dealing with clients face to face and over the phone
Experience of Acturis would be a benefit
