Highways Project Manager needed in Barnet.

The hourly rate is £35.76ph PAYE

The Highways Service has a large portfolio of schemes and requires a high calibre project manager to help shape and deliver them successfully.

• To manage projects within the Highways Service, as agreed and delegated by the senior management team and performance improvement group, some of which may be high profile.
• Creating and leading project teams as required to successfully deliver savings, better outcomes, and benefit realisation.
• The role will be complex, challenging working across teams internally, with local partners, stakeholders, and resident groups. The post holder will display excellent judgment, political astuteness and have confidence in working closely with and advising –senior officers.
• This is an exciting and varied role that puts the individual in charge of managing some of the Highways Services key schemes and aiming for excellence on a personal level.
