Academic Mentor- The Role
- Monday- Friday Term time role
- Paid £85 – £98 per day before deductions (term time)
- Offer 1:1 sessions outside of lessons
- Work with pupils who have a range of SEN
- Support pupils in small groups and tailor learning plans to their needs
- Assist the classroom teacher during lessons
- Create resources
- Ideal for aspiring teachers
- Interviewing ASAP

Academic Mentor – Person Requirements
- Minimum of 2.1 in degree subject from a Russell Group University
- Passion for education
- Genuine determination to start a teaching career
- Strong academic background is essential
- Compassionate and driven graduate
- Excellent communication skills
