Job description

K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.

Our client, an industry leading global manufacturer, is looking for a Korean speaking Marketing Specialist .

[Key Responsibilities](1) Liaise closely with the Managers on all campaign launches and operational tasks.

(2) Support the full execution and delivery of projects in conjunction with the Managers.

(3) Producing Forecasting and Budgeting for future campaigns.

(4) Continuously upgrade and gain knowledge as required to perform your given tasks.

(5) Exercise professionalism and remain ethical in all situations.

(6) Liaising with the HQ and other global offices on relevant issues and updates.

(7) Reporting to Sales & Marketing Manager on daily basis.

(8) Marketing activities including:

– Market Analysis: Provide analysis of internal and competitor launches.

– Promotion Building: On/Offline

– Advertising: On/Offline

– Exhibitions: Organising /Attending/Reporting

– Design: Exhibition Stands, Prints, Online Materials etc

– Social marketing contents management

– Maintain distributor relations, support and promote conjointly special campaigns

– Liaise closely with the Sales team to align marketing with sales in order to meet sales targets.

– Enter new markets and establish distributor channels (including product registrations)

– Analysing and managing customer sales and market flow

– Collate dealer lead information to assist with forward planning

[Requirements](1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English

(2) Up to 3 years’ relevant work experience in marketing

(3) Advanced MS Office skills

(4) Any experience in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva highly desirable

(5) Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail is important.

(6) People management skill is essential.

[Conditions](1) Job type: Full-time & Permanent

(2) Location: New Malden

(3) Working hours: 9am~5:30pm

(4) Annual leave: 30 days (including 8 Bank/Public Holidays)

(5) Salary package: 28~33K (depending on experience)

(6) Benefits: performance based bonus, pension
