Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Middlesbrough
Salary / Pay Rate: £40,000 - £55,000
Job Type: Permanent
The Role
Prepare and or review, Tender Documents, Contracts and Sub-Contracts, Appointment and Sub-Appointment documents, Bills of Quantities
Price and forecast the project costs and report periodically in writing, on the financial status of the individual projects
Track changes to the design and or construction work and recoup income from the client along with managing (adjusting) the project costs and sub-contractors

Subcontract structural steel frame instillation specialists
Providing services across the UK include designing, engineering, manufacturing and erecting structures
The Candidate
A minimum of 5 years as a quantity surveyor
Structural steelwork experience
Experience with contractual law
