A leading retailer enjoying record breaking growth in the FMCG sector is seeking a Supply Chain Automation Projects Coordinator to join their rapidly expanding team. This is a permanent role offering excellent training and development including the opportunity to support the growth of the new facility in Leicestershire.
Commutable from: Leicester, Loughborough, Coalville, Hinckley, Ashby-De-La-Zouch Salary: £ 34,690 - £ 40,510 p.a. + Excellent suite of benefits including Pension, Annual Leave, Discounted Health Benefits + Employee Assistance Programme + Sick Pay Scheme + Employee Discounts Scheme + Virtual GP Access + 2 Days per week remote working. The RoleThe Supply Chain Project Coordinator will assist with and take responsibility for the successful delivery of automation projects working efficiently to ensure that project governance is adhered to.
You will play an active role in analysing packaging requirements and organising and delivering supplier communication plans. The Supply Chain Project Coordinator will collaborate with subject matter experts and manage multiple automation related logistics projects including tracking project action points. You will manage the efficient and accurate flow of project correspondence and support the completion of end-to-end projects. The PersonThe Supply Chain Project Coordinator will have previous experience in logistics and supply chain and ideally possess materials handling project expertise. You will have project and stakeholder management experience and be conversant with risk management.
Previous exposure to and experience within automated warehousing and wider commercial awareness for project management is highly recommended for the role in addition to any experience within Agile, Scrum or Waterfall project tools.
You will have experience in project delivery across multiple concurrent projects and possess excellent time management skills.
