Client Relationship Manager
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: up to £25,000 per annum
Hours: 8:45am – 5:15pm, Monday – Friday
We have a fantastic brand-new role where our client is looking for an ambitious, proactive, and motivated individual to join their team. The role will require you to build relationships with clients to gain new business for the Business Development Managers; you must have a willingness to learn, have a passion for the sector, and be numerate. Our client is passionate about getting the best out of their staff, they will support you and provide you with the guidance to excel in the role.
Duties:
- Proactively building relationships with clients to gain new business
- Actively seek new business
- Research opportunities and make contact with clients
- Identify customers that fall into the criteria you’re seeking business from
- Support internal members of staff when required with administration
- Complete all back-office administration work
- Data capturing
- Communicate via email, phone, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Consistently keep the internal CRM system updated
- Attend team meetings to discuss and share ideas
Skills:
- The ability to work as a team and independently
- Be able to prioritise your own workload
- Attributes of being able to build great relationships with clients
- Proficient with Microsoft 365
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
