Business Development Manager – Security Systems
£40,000 – £50,000 + Company Car or Allowance + Commission
Harlow, Essex
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships with clients
- Identify new markets and develop strategies to increase revenue
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies
- Prepare proposals and presentations for clients
- Negotiate contracts with clients
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in Business Development and Sales
- B2B/Business-to-Business experience
- Understanding & Knowledge of Fire & Security Systems i.e., CCTV, Door Entry, IRS, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills
