PEOPLE ADVISOR - SYSTEMS & ANALYTICS – FULL-TIME, WASHINGTON

We currently have an exciting opportunity in our People Team for a People Advisor. The Systems & Analytics Advisor will have ownership for the successful implementation, maintenance and output of the People (HRIS) Systems. This role serves as a technical point-of contact supporting the HR system needs of the business. Working closely with the People team and key stakeholders across the business to ensure data accuracy integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and running/analysing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The role will be responsible for auditing and reviewing internal processes to ensure we have the system functionality that supports our teams and drives efficiencies. The role also supports system upgrades, testing and other technical projects as assigned.

As a People Advisor you will also coach, influence and support our managers to deliver an exceptional experience for all of our people at each stage of the employee life cycle. You will support leaders to create an environment where people are proud to work for us, are inspired to deliver great services to our customers and each other, and where contribution is recognised.
