Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior/Design Manager for new high rise residential accommodation projects in the West Midlands.
We’re looking for someone with experience in leading on the design process during project delivery on similar schemes.
You’ll be a design lead adept at working collaboratively with other project staff and you’ll be able to fully engage the design consultants, supply chain members, project delivery teams and of course, the client!
You’ll ensure that the design accords with the clients’ brief/specification, statutory requirements and Contractor’s Proposals and ensure the timely release of information to suit the requirements of the construction programme.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll promote the correct behaviours and ensure everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
Your experience may include some pre-construction where you have interrogated design programmes and agreed a schedule of design deliverables.
In project delivery, you’ll be responsible for critically reviewing design information against commercial and contractual criteria. You’ll be an integral part of the project team.
