As a pivotal member of our team, you'll actively support, lead and develop a team of Home Claims handlers, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving success.
What you will do in this role
- Conduct monthly coaching sessions to foster growth and development
- Listen to calls for recognition and improvement opportunities
- Oversee the household claims process from first notification of loss to payment approval, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Create a positive team environment through praise and recognition
- Manage escalations and resolve issues promptly
- Analyse performance data to achieve KPIs and business success
Your experience and qualifications
- Familiarity with insurance claims processing regulations
- Demonstrable leadership and team management skills
- Minimum 12 months’ experience managing a claims handling team in a contact centre environment
- Strong knowledge of household insurance policies, coverage and claims procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office along with call handling, processes and systems
- Track record of achieving KPIs and company standards
