Job description

A Vacancy at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust.

As Medical Director’s Office Administrator, you will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting clinicians, managers and staff across the Trust.

You will provide admin support to the Associate Director - Medical Director’s Office and will work with the team to ensure that the work stream of programmes and projects are planned and managed effectively.

To provide administrative support to the Medical Directors Office, ensuring efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support for the team, including data inputting and producing regular reports.

To assist in the successful coordination of external reviews e.g. Royal College visits including providing support to collate relevant information in a timely manner.

Responsibility for screening incoming internal, external mail and liaising with the appropriate individual and drafting responses if required to do so and recording actions. Ensuring that any sensitive information is dealt with in line with trust policy.
