About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a project coordinator to work alongside our dedicated HR team, coordinating and reporting on project progression and deliverables. Joining our existing project delivery team, you will ensure teams are aware of their targets, assist project managers with resourcing schedules, liaise with third parties, organise and coordinate project spend, collaborate on project processes, and other project related tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

• Tracking and reporting on project progress across the HR department
• Assisting in resource planning
• Keeping project stakeholders up to date on deliverables
• Identifying and raising awareness of blockers early on in the delivery lifecycle
• Collating and organising effort across HR
• Liaising with 3rd parties
• Assisting project managers on complex deliveries
• Assisting with and creating project reporting templates

• Good report writing capability, being able to clearly articulate progress, risk and issues
  
• An understanding of the responsibilities of HR within a business
