Job description

We are looking for an experienced Hair Stylist to slot into our established team of hairdressers and beauticians! 

As a Blooming Beautiful Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for consulting customers about styles and colours, cutting and colouring hair, using/applying treatments, keeping a tidy salon and looking after customers needs. 

If you have experience and are up-to-date with styling trends, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will ensure all customers leave our salon satisfied with our services and feel happy with their new looks!

We are looking for someone who will want to contribute to our success with opportunites to grow with the business and work up the corporate ladder. 

Job Role & Responsibilities:

•  Ability to provide thorough consultations in order to tailor a service to suit the clients needs

•  Experienced at cutting and creative colouring on ladies hair

•  Experience of advising clients on hair care, products and tools

•  Achieves retail and services objectives as set out and agreed with the Salon Manager

Skills and experience required:

•  NVQ Level 3 certificate in Hairdressing

•  Previous salon experience essential (3 years preffered)

•  Good team player

•  Excellent interpersonal skills

•  Engaging personality

•  High standard of personal appearance

•  The ability to deliver an excellent level of service

•  Computer literate

•  Self-motivated

•  Flexible

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

•  Tuesday – Saturday 

Ability to commute/relocate:

•  Banbury, Oxfordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

•  stylist: 3 years NVQ/SVQ Level 3 (required)
