Position: Design Manager
Company: Privately owned, reginal contractor
Location: Warwickshire
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 plus package
Due to a number of new contract awards, an award-winning construction company is seeking an ambitious Design Manager to join their team. This company has an excellent reputation with clients and subcontractors, with a high percentage of their turnover coming from repeat business. They have a varied portfolio with projects including schools, care homes, commercial/offices, retail and leisure schemes, ranging in value from £1m to £30m.

Key requirements for the Design Manager role:
- Must have worked for a main contractor as a Design Coordinator or Design Manager.
- Ideal backgrounds - site management/engineering, civil structural or architectural.
- Exposure to a range of construction projects.
- Educated to a high standard in a relevant subject (Degree / HNC/D)
- Driving licence is essential.
