An amazing position has come up here at Employment Hub, we are looking for a Freelance Recruitment Consultant to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients.

This position would be perfect for someone who would like to step into the role and train into a successful recruiter.

The recruitment consultant role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients and develop new business from existing clients.

We are happy to meet someone who has been working in a childcare setting who is looking to move into this role.

Responsibilities

• Answering telephone inquiries - You will be given a phone to use.
• Interviewing candidates over the telephone 
• Managing and maintaining the availability of suitable candidates
• Arranging Candidate interviews and managing the interview diary
• Building relationships with Candidates and Clients alike
• Logging all correspondence using a CRM system
• Writing, posting and managing job postings
• Proactive candidate searches
• Building relationships with new clients to gather their business
• Writing adverts and posting on social media and job sites
• Contacting all candidates who apply asap to ensure we are supporting them to find the right position for them.

Skills

• Knowledge on how to use Microsoft office and excel
• Great communication and telephone manner

This is a freelance, commission-based role, working from home. 

Commission is based on 30% of the overall invoice sent; this is uncapped.
