Finance Administrator Location: Sittingbourne Job Type: Temporary We are seeking a dedicated
Finance Administrator to join our team on a
temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with
Prophet and a solid background in finance administration. This role is crucial as it is assisting with a large amount backlog and is essential to keep the Finance team running smoothly.
Day-to-day of the role: - Manage and maintain financial records with accuracy and compliance.
- Process invoices, payments, and transactions with attention to detail.
- Utilise Prophet to input and manage financial data effectively.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters.
- Handle general administrative tasks related to the finance department.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proficiency in using Prophet for financial management - ESSENTIAL
- Proven experience as a Finance Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
