Endoscopy Lead | Endoscopy | Theatres | Band 7 | Ilford | Full Time, No Nights.

Are you looking for a step up in your career or maybe just a change? If so, a fantastic opportunity has arisen at Spire London East Hospital for an Endoscopy Lead, to join our experienced and dynamic team. We offer full support, development and training for the right person who is driven, focused and a team player.  This is full time role working 37.5 hours per week.

Spire London East Hospital (formerly Spire Roding) is located in Redbridge, on the borders of East London and Essex. We offer comprehensive private hospital services, ranging from outpatient clinics and physiotherapy to surgery and diagnostic facilities. The hospital has 24 inpatient beds and 16 day case rooms called ‘pods’. Facilities include 4 operating theatres, an endoscopy suite, 2 extended recovery units, pharmacy and radiology.

Duties and responsibilities:

The endoscopy lead provides clinical leadership to the endoscopy service to oversee governance and ensure clinical effectiveness and productivity.

To manage the endoscopy service and lead the team in the provision of care for patients in a safe and caring environment, in the most efficient and clinically effective way, whilst maintaining the patient’s privacy and dignity. To provide leadership, advice and support to other staff in the department and support the Theatre Manager in the overall management of the healthcare environment.

Who we're looking for:

Be NMC registered - your pin should not have any restrictions or conditions to practice.

Have a minimum of 3- 5 years Endoscopy experience.

Management and Leadership experience, leading teams, mentorship.

Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care with strong communication skills.
