Job description
Panaz is an award-winning market market-leading designer and supplier of textiles for hospitality, healthcare and workspace customers (B2B).
We are looking to expand our Burnley team, who are on-site from 08:30 -17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 to 15:00 on Fridays.
- To ensure sales orders are accurately prepared and dispatched.
- To answer customer questions - such as stock levels, alternatives, delivery dates, order status and suitable use.
- To onboard new customer accounts.
- To record buying patterns and account leads.
- To provide wider support to the team - including sample dispatch and project administration.
To be successful in this role you will need to be,
- Able to learn and retain knowledge of a wide range of products and services offered by Panaz - the role will include full training, and in time you will be expected to become a go-to-fabric expert.
