Job description
Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a beloved international animal welfare charity as they look to appoint an Interim Head of HR to their team to support the organisation until the permanent member of staff starts in June. The position can be offered full time or part time and ideally with one day in their South West London Office. Due to the nature of the contract, they will consider remote candidates.
This post will come in and support with capacity within the team and drive forward some key systems and processes work internally. This post will oversea the line management of 6 members of staff, a Payroll Specialist, HR Information Systems Manager and 4 Services Co-ordinators.
The successful candidate will be an adaptable all rounder with good technical HR experience. You will be able to come in and pick up a number of small areas of work and provide technical advice and support to senior leaders and have confidence in responding to queries.
