Job description
Provide holistic care for Service users (SU) with a Learning Disability and/or complex health needs.
To support enhanced packages of care in a variety of settings tobe skilled in a wide range of specific clinical/behavioural Interventions, e.g., enteral feeding, oxygen therapy, oral clearance/suction, Catheterisation, behaviour management and epilepsy management.
Understand, support and evidence compliance on all care quality commission outcomes,
Act as named Nurse for allocated SU. Developing good relationships with the family and the wider MDT.
To assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing and clinical care plans in collaboration with SU, family and the wider MDT
