About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the core of Motorway’s Document Team. Being part of the document team, you will be instrumental in ensuring that the sellers are prepared for the collection of their vehicle by ensuring all the documentation is correct, ensuring a smooth transition by directly impacting the final stage of their Motorway journey. Your solution-oriented approach will directly drive success across multiple departments and you'll build a solid understanding of our processes.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid track record of working hard to achieve collective goals. Attention to detail is an absolute must and the ability to adapt feedback to different challenges will be strongly advantageous. To excel in this role, initiative and thinking outside the box are key.
You will be working closely with our internal teams and external partners in Durban to ensure the team operates effectively and productively. Well-developed communication skills will be instrumental for success in this role and the ability to act quickly when identifying opportunities to improve processes.
This role provides an exciting chance to work right in the centre of our customer journey by providing invaluable support to our partner team in Durban and striving to streamline our processes and managing change effectively.
