Job description
The Role
Delivering and collecting non mechanical plant to and from customer sites in a safe and timely manner
Carry out hire equipment demonstrations if required
Load and unload vehicles in line with safe working practices
Ensure all relevant hire paperwork is completed concisely and accurately and returned at the end of the day
Maintain a professional manner and high level of customer service
Conduct daily walk around vehicle safety checks and report any defects as per company policy
Carry out any other reasonable task as deemed necessarry
Adhere to EU Tachograph regulations at all times
Essential Requirements
Valid HGV Class (Category C+E) License
Valid CPC and DIGI card
Minimum 1 year’s experience of HGV Class 1 commercial driving within a similar role
HIAB License with relevant operating experience
Maintain a smart and professional appearance at all times
Sound understanding of Health & Safety protocols and the ability to follow these guidelines in the workplace
Excellent Customer Service skills
Strong attention to detail
Preferable Requirements
Moffett License
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm
