Description: Part-time Private Dentist required for 2 days per week in a busy, mixed well established practice near Flintshire
• 50/55 split on private and all labs
• Excellent private earning potential
• Mon & Tues - 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Fully computerised surgeries
• Digital x-rays
• APEX locator
• Full support team including Therapist
• On-site parking
• 8 miles from Chester, local to shops
• Available Mar 24, start date negotiable.

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
