Job description

White Horse Employment are working with a very highly regarded charity based in Central Wiltshire assisting them in their search for a Finance Manager on a part time basis. This charity offers an exceptional level of service and has a purpose built facility to aid with the services it provides.

This business can offer flexibility around what the hours look like but ultimately it will bebetween 25-30 hours.

You will be the sole person looking after the finances for the charity. This will lead to a good amount of variety from looking after the end to end finance activities as well as wider operations/project activities..

Key responsibilities include:

• Invoice and expense processing
• Maintenance of financial records
• Complete daily cash/bank reconciliations
• Reviewing of timesheets
• Ownership of all payment runs
• Supporting the external payroll provider with any related queries
• Using Quickbooks and Excel to produce reports

The successful candidate will be a personable individual who is hard working and is experienced in running the end to end finance operations.

This is the perfect role for someone who requires flexibility around work hours and wants to work for a charity who has future plans in place to better the environment for their customers.
