Location: Caterham, Surrey

Salary: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour

Hours: Part-time, 4 days per week (Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday plus occasional weekends) 10am to 5pm

What You'll Be Doing: (but not limited to)

• Get to know residents on a personal level and design custom-tailored activity plans that cater to their interests and needs.
• Let your creativity shine as you plan and execute a diverse range of events and outings, from arts and crafts workshops to exciting day trips.
• Collaborate closely with the Manager to orchestrate entertaining social events and dynamic marketing functions that showcase the heart and soul of our home.
• Keep things running smoothly by maintaining meticulous records, managing equipment inventories, and seizing opportunities for positive press coverage.
• Play a pivotal role in fundraising initiatives that make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

What Our Client Is Looking For:

• Previous experience in a care environment is a must, but what's essential is your passion for organising activities and events that bring people together.
• A warm and empathetic personality paired with top-notch communication skills – you're a natural at making everyone feel welcome and valued.
• The resilience to tackle challenges head-on and the dedication to go above and beyond to create meaningful moments.
• The client will complete a full DBS check (due to the nature of the industry its expected!) and a valid driver's license with own transport is a must (due to location)
