Vibe Recruit's client is looking to appoint an Office Junior to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious character that is self motivated and driven to get through a workload.

There is a lot of opportunity that comes with this role to develop within the business in either their finance, admin or even project coordination team.

Duties & responsibilities

• Help screen incoming calls
• Manage the post and email
• Invoice allocation
• Documentation pack preparation
• Greet visitors
• Photocopying and binding
• Scheduling meeting rooms

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
