Your new company
We are looking for a passionate French teacher to join a secondary school team on a long-term temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality French lessons to students in accordance with the school\'s curriculum and policies. This job is part-time across 3 days per week and located near Middlesbrough.
Your new role
- Plan and deliver French lessons in accordance with the school\'s curriculum and policies.
- Create engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of all students.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Attend staff meetings and parent-teacher conferences as required.
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Bachelor\'s degree in French or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching French at the secondary level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
