Job description
I am currently partnered with a leading nationwide independent commercial property management specialist who are looking for a Property Manager to join there lively and growing team. You will be responsible for the management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties including office, retail and industrial units.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
Assist in the management of client relationships and all portfolio matters such as monthly client reporting, quarterly KPI reporting, managing collation of environmental data.
Work closely with Asset Managers and tenants to maintain and build strong relationships.
Management of rental and other income including tenant indebtedness.
Dealing with tenant applications for consent to assign, sublet and alter whilst ensuring compliance with lease obligations.
Assisting clients in the acquisition and disposal of properties, liaising with third party suppliers where necessary.
The successful candidate must be an experienced Property Manager at Surveyor/ Senior Surveyor level. RICS qualified would be advantageous but isn't essential. You must have a professional approach to your work and be a strong team player with a positive attitude.
