£50,000 - £70,000 per annum
Are you an experienced support specialist that has experience working with Software configuration management tools?
The successful candidate would have strong experience managing tickets via a software configuration management tool (AU Gold or Duck Creek ideally)
- Must have experience dealing with customers (can be internal)
- Must be able to run and write basic SQL queries
- Must have worked on a software config tool (we use Duck Creek, you wont need to work in Duck Creek but you must understand how config tools work so you can suggest appropriate approaches)
- Must have worked with offshore and onshore dev teams
- Must have been involved in software project go live
- Must be familiar with and comfortable discussing technical items at a high level (examples not requirements; APIs, devops, SQL, XML, servers, back-end/front-end, performance)
- Must be confident working with calculations/numbers
- Insurance experience would be desired
