Job description
We are currently seeking an Experienced Project Manager to join our clients’ dynamic team, which is driven by a shared passion for creativity, innovation, and craftsmanship. With a diverse portfolio of projects spanning multiple regions, we require a skilled Project Manager to oversee and deliver these projects to the highest standards. Working closely with various teams including design, drafting, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and installation, you will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in project management, guiding projects from inception to completion.
- Comprehensive knowledge of furniture construction, materials, and finishes.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong numerical skills and budget management experience.
- Excellent planning abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Understanding of quality assurance and quality control processes.
Personal Skills:
- Passion for bespoke furniture making, with previous experience in furniture design or manufacturing being advantageous.
- Positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to provide effective leadership and take ownership of projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
