Job description
Working alongside the kitchen team under the direction of the Head Chef. The Breakfast Chef's daily duties will include:
Preparing & cooking to order breakfast for our resident guests
Preparing packed lunches for our staff
Preparing & presenting cold lunch (sandwiches & platters) for our resident guests
Mainly straight daytime shifts
Stocks is a family owned, luxury farmhouse hotel with 23 suites and bedrooms plus a fine dining room, an exclusive cocktail bar and a popular poolside Bistro restaurant. The hotel is located in the centre of the small island of Sark in the British Channel Islands. The position is live in and all food is provided. Previous experience of working in a high quality kitchen, including knowledge of efficient cleaning, health & hygiene plus basic food preparation.
