The role
- The family team deals with a high quality of work that includes servicing the needs of HNW individuals that is of high value and often multi-jurisdictional in nature.
- You will deal solely with a privately funded caseload that will include but not be limited to; divorce, pre-nuptial agreements, financial remedies and some private children work.
- You will have the chance to enhance your technical abilities and industry knowledge by working alongside experienced family lawyers who foster an inclusive working environment.
Requirements
- Family Solicitor or Legal Executive (likely NQ-5 years PQE, although trainee's due to qualify in the next few months with private family experience will also be considered)
- Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships and utilise a resolution-based approach
