Job description

What you will do in your working day

• Provide technical support to end-users for incidents reported to the IT Servicedesk related to the Microsoft Dynamics applications
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT applications within an organisation
• Test and debug applications to ensure they function correctly
• Assist in the deployment and installation of applications
• Providing technical support to end-users and resolving any issues or bugs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
• Document application processes, procedures, and user guides
• Keep up to date with the latest technologies and trends in application development
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of software and hardware solutions
• To establish and maintain good working relationships with customers and IT users at all levels
• To carry out work to the agreed standards and within the agreed technical, procedural and corporate framework of the department
• Be responsible for your professional development; participate in training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge
• Provide Service Desk support to Stakeholders

IT Service Desk duties including:

• Provide a single point of contact for all users with IT queries
• Ensuring operational problems reported by users are rectified
• Ensuring queries from users are resolved within agreed SLAs
• ategories and priorities queries according to agreed SLAs
• Provide regular updates to users on the progress of their queries
• Ensure all helpdesk documentation is accurate and regularly reviewed
• Log and report problems
