Job Title: Area Operations Manager - Supported Living, learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours
Location: Werrington, Peterborough.
Salary: £40,000

I am currently working with a Good rated supported living provider, dedicated to delivering high-quality supported living services across the Peterborough and Cambridgeshire regions.

They are seeking a competent, experienced and passionate area operations manager to oversee there high quality supported living services across multiple locations. You will manage your staff team of Service Managers, who in turn are ensuring supervisions, team meetings, work & medication observations, probation and appraisals are all completed in line with KPIs set.

You will ensure that the support delivered is in line with their agreed care plans, risk assessments, professional guidelines and statutory/legal requirements are met. The people you support will be at the forefront of the care provided and you will be committed to delivering positive outcomes that reflect the promotion of choice, dignity and independence.

You will be responsible for securing new care packages, attending MDT meetings, ensuring all CQC and local authority regulations are met, the management of safeguarding issues/concerns and ensuring all relevant paper work and data is in date and effective. You hold the registration with CQC as the Registered Manager for our supported living services.

To be successful within this role you must have held registration with CQC, have your NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management and be a driver.
