Job description

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Project Manager working with one of our clients in Surrey and surrounding areas.

The Projects you will be managing will be relating to the following: installation of heat pumps, HVAC and have M+E packages involved also. You will be responsible for managing the whole site and will be reporting to the Project Director daily. Whilst managing the project, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

The ideal Project Manager must have :

• Have HVAC experience
• Have experience in heat pump installations
• Have technical expertise and be mechanically bias
• Experience successfully running projects as a Project Manager on different types of construction projects
• Have MEP experience
