Key Responsibilities and Duties for your job as Manufacturing Manager

Deliver Production Excellence:

• Drive on-time delivery and quality assurance throughout the production process.
• Implement and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for optimal efficiency.
• Manage resources flexibly to adapt to demand fluctuations and unforeseen challenges.

Maintain and improve all areas of Quality Management:

• Maintain and support the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Implement and uphold standards in all relevant processes.
• Lead initiatives to improve process capability and product quality.

Leadership and Team Development with Manufacturing:

• Promote and uphold company performance standards, emphasizing quality and continuous improvement.
• Manage and develop staff in alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Set goals, train, and delegate tasks to maximize team performance and efficiency.
• Participate in staff development, training, and performance appraisals for continuous professional growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and identify external training opportunities for the team.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous development through regular training sessions.

Health & Safety and Quality Standards:

• Promote and maintain awareness and compliance with health and safety best practices.
• Uphold compliance with applicable international quality standards (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001).
