Summary
Overview
Change Manager Telephony/Contact Centre.
We need a contract Change Manager to assist a client as they implementAmazon Connect into their contact centre, replacing the existing solution. It will be a multi-channel implementation, with some integration into critical management and CRM systems. They need this to be implemented by August.
Title: Change Manager
Duration: 6-7 months.
Rate: &£440 per day. Out of scope of IR35
Location: Hybrid working, remote with 1 day a week in the West Midlands office.
Start Date: ASAP.
Skills: You must have in-depth, proven experience of:-
- Being a Change Manager with a strong track record of Change Management working closely with end users.
- As a Change Manager, worked in/with Contact Centres Change initiatives .
- As a Change Manager, when working on the Contact Centres project, had experience of working in/with Telephony Systems and integration of Telephony systems with other systems, i.e. CRM, which is very beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, dealing with all levels of users.
