Senior Care Assistant 

From £12.50 up to £14.75 per hour

Contract Options: We offer a variety of full time and part time contracts to suit your work life balance including alternate weekends and paid breaks

About You

Compassionate by nature, you lead with a "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills. Be a positive role model for colleagues, a hands-on team player ready to assist residents. Organised, hardworking, and resilient, you bring two years of adult care experience, ideally in a similar role, and hold an NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will leverage your extensive care experience to provide leadership within our dynamic team. Take charge of care planning, medication administration, and play a pivotal role in training and supporting junior staff. Your dedication will contribute significantly to the high-quality care we deliver.

• Minimum of two years' experience as a Care Assistant
NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care
• Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of providing exceptional care
