THE ROLE
We have a new and exciting in house role for a Junior Solicitor NQ-3 PQE to join a growing in house legal team
The work will be varied and will cover the main areas of work:
Drafting and negotiating consumer agreements, terms of business, supplier contracts and distribution agreements
Advising on developments in consumer protection laws and legislation that may impact on the business.
Ensuring compliance with consumer rights, advertising and marketing standards
Participating in the development and implementation of training programmes for the business
THE CANDIDATE
You will ideally have with sound commercial and technical skills, ideally with in house experience
You will have the enthusiasm and drive to make a significant contribution towards the growth of the business
Candidates will ideally have some in house experience handling consumer related work
Training will be given
