Senior Business Analyst for Electronic Patient Record Programme
Salary: £50,952 (< 5 years' experience), £57,349 (5+ years’ experience)
Location:Cornwall
Reporting to: eCare Programme Director
About Us:We are for a unique opportunity to shape the future of healthcare. As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in our groundbreaking Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme. This transformative initiative is set to revolutionise our clinical systems, and we need your expertise to make it a success.
Your Role: As a key player in the eCare Programme, you will lead the business analysis and change management efforts for the EPR implementation. Reporting directly to the eCare Programme Director, your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with Care Groups and the EPR team to map existing clinical pathways and design new ones.
Applying best practices to facilitate staff adoption of new working methods.
Overseeing the process mapping of existing pathways and aligning them with the new EPR system.
Identifying and documenting benefits realised during and after change implementation.
Utilising advanced IT skills to assure program delivery and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
Managing financial budgets and resources, including procurement and financial management of the programs.
