- Oversee and manage all HR operations and ensure they are in line with our business goals.
- Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures.
- Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of our employees.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be responsible for all HR aspects, including recruitment, staff training, development, and compliance with HR laws and regulations.
