End User Computing BU is one of the most exciting and relevant to our customers in today’s hybrid workforce. You will be leading our UK Public Sector EUC Sales Team helping our customers to further adopt Workspace One and VDI capabilities.
Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
As a people Manager you will be responsible for driving your team to achieve quarterly sales and pipeline targets. Your team is experienced and already manages EUC opportunities with new and existing Customers. Working with our Partners, you will be an evangelist for the EUC capabilities as part of Broadcom product offerings.
The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?
Day to day you will engage and coach your sales team. You will review and manage each person’s pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting to the NEMEA Director on a weekly basis. As we are a Business Unit within Broadcom, a key part of your role to partner with the Core FLSM’s and to be part of the UK Leadership Team. This is a dynamic and busy business so managing your time and your operational cadence is important. We believe in performance management to help everybody become the best version of their self. You will be expected to genuinely engage with each of your team and define development goals and plans, monitored quarterly.
