Senior Trusts and Tax Manager - Guildford

Excellent opportunity for a Senior Trusts and Tax Manager to join a top-ranked law firm.

Our client is a leading international law firm with offices spread throughout the UK and overseas. They are currently looking for a Senior Trusts and Tax Manager to join their office in Guildford.

The role will involve providing direct assistance to the Trust and Tax Director and tax/accountancy support to the wider Private Client team. The role involves accountancy, compliance and advisory type work.

Duties will include:

• Supervising and preparing Trust and estate accounts, Company and personal, estate and trust tax computations, HM Revenue & Customs forms, various accounting reports for UK and overseas tax compliance matters
• Assisting in overseeing the team's caseload of individuals, trusts and estates

• Preparing tax forms including SA100, SA900, IHT100, CT600, CGT calculations, trust accounts, estate accounts, 60 day CGT submissions, non-resident trust tax pool calculations

• Assisting and providing tax advice to clients of the firm, etc.

To be considered, you must have completed ATT qualification, along with having specialist knowledge of the relevant area of law. They will also consider candidates with STEP qualification. Candidates from accountancy firms or law firms are welcome to apply.
