Job description
Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate to join our client's team.
As a Junior Associate at Hire Resolve, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and gain valuable experience in the recruitment industry. You will be responsible for assisting senior team members with various tasks, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Assist with candidate sourcing and identification
- Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients
- Provide administrative support to the team, such as managing emails and preparing documents
- Update and maintain the candidate database
- Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus
