We are looking for a full time New Homes Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new business strategies, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.

A day in the life of a New Homes Business Development Manager:
- Making daily visits to new build sites across the region to build new relationships and, source new opportunities to win new business.
- Organising meetings with Sales Directors of small, medium and larger house builders.
- Preparing and attending sales pitches for both Private and shared ownership sites.
- Working closely with our branch network to find and win new sites.
- Liaising with new and existing clients in the new build industry to develop and bolster relationships.
- Attending networking events.
The purpose of the role:
The purpose of the role is to win new homes sites in East London for our Metro region, and to develop and maintain relationships with our clients at all levels.
What you need to bring to the table:
- Must have experience in the New Homes Industry.
- Experience in Estate Agency would be advantageous.
- Must be able to demonstrate a track record of winning new business and building B2B relationships.
- Local knowledge of the East London New Homes market and area is essential.
