A fun and exciting role for an organised individual who enjoys organising and managing events.
What will you be doing?As an events organiser you will be responsible for organising and managing events throughout the year for Cats Protection Northumbria Branch. Example events are:
You will be responsible for the volunteer cover and marketing of these events with the support of your Fundraising Team Leader. The Branch also attends events at Pets at Home selling items and running games.
What are we looking for?Good organisational and time management skills

Money handling
What difference will you make?By ensuring there is an ongoing number of events throughout the year, the community will be made more aware of the Branch and their work.
Raising money is essential to allow the branch to carry out important work helping and rehoming cats and kittens in Northumbria.
Events help volunteers come together for a common cause, have an enjoyable experience and meet people.
