Job description
We are looking for a PA to support a visually impaired young man for 3 hours on a Wednesday, undertaking one or more of the following activities:
Baking or cooking with him in his home.
Going into Guildford for lunch/coffee.
Escorting him to Visit the Community centre to participate in an activity.
Escort him to a group function.
Escort him to Guildford to do shopping (buying of birthday gifts etc.)
Escorting him to the cinema.
Catching public transport safely or navigating his local community.
A PA who can drive their own car, would be nice but not totally necessary.
