Account Director
Account Director - Social Media Agency - London (Hybrid) - up to £55k
The Agency
Our client are a dynamic and innovative agency dedicated to crafting compelling social media strategies for leading brands. With a focus on creativity, data-driven insights, and impactful engagement, they pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results for our clients.
The Role
Foster client relationships through diverse communication channels, showcasing proactive problem-solving skills.
Collaborate with Senior members of the team to effectively allocate resources and manage budgets.
Lead the team in delivering innovative, on-brand content, ensuring adherence to deadlines and streamlining workflows.
Review and create client documents, maintaining high-quality standards across status updates, reports, and creative ideation.
Engage with accounts and content management teams to brainstorm and refine content ideas, ensuring top-notch output.
Assist in organizing the Accounts Team for optimal efficiency and collaboration with other departments.
Conduct regular team catch-ups to monitor progress, set targets, and provide performance updates.
Collaborate with the Head of to drive content innovations, oversee social output delivery, and identify upsell opportunities while contributing to new business pitches.
About You
Minimum 5 years of agency experience required.
Demonstrated experience working solely with corporate clients in social media roles.
Proficiency in team leadership, displaying empathy and adaptability to diverse working styles.
Comprehensive understanding of client brands, objectives, and industry positioning.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with senior external stakeholders, exhibiting clarity and diplomacy.
